I think that every team should be reseted before new owner get's it because now days new players can get team where best player has skill index 8K but there are team's which get players with skill index 30K

Yes but that dependes on the league wich you own.For example if you chose Spanish league you will get better players because the Spanishes are most developed, but if you go to a Portuguese league you'll get a worse team compared to the spanish 'cause the portugueses are less developed.

No sense to me...same players for everybody I don´t agree here with you, I think they should recieve in comparative with the league dificulty, in Spain a team from the 4th division will have it more harder to win in that division if he has the same team as a newbie in a smaller country.

Why would be a newbie in Spain in better position then a newbie in Italy??? And he is in a better position if he has 10M more then the italian user... maybe it would be even ok if teams in same division get same type of players, but I think that luck is the most important factor (if you get a team which had a last owner with great training you have a great players on start, some of theme were sold but most of them stays)

So the spanish guy is clearly disadvantaged.

So it would be best to give newbies 1. divison team players so they won't be disadvataged???
sorry but it has no sense to me, if a newbie get's a club in league where 9 teams play 2-3 season it is normal to me that he will be relagated, newbies should get team's in last division where all of them should get same players on start

Let me present a case: 1 newbie in italy 4th division gets a team with 5 players around 6000 TSI, and 1 newbie in spain gets the same team, the guy in spain will relegate and the one in Italy will fight to the top spots of the division. I don´t say that the newbis should get super teams, but I´m explaining that the divisions diferrence is big.

I get the point, but somebody in divison must relegate, if newbies don't relagate somebody other will and that "somebody" is playing longer but he had worse players on start... you make your team for 5-6 months and somebody then get that team on start
my point is:newbies should get team's in last division where all of them should get same players on start
last division's are almost same in most of the countrys

I don´t agree with dragosv. I think all manager should get the same team. If it isn´t done, I can get a great team of a little league(like asia f.e.) and next seasons say to a GM to moved my team to spanish league.

I agree with dragosv because if a team in spain as the same team as in italy(like in dragosv's example) the team in spain will not has the least chance to onde day be in the major leagues.

Why not? if you don't have to play for result you have a great chance to build good team in the future,it is harder to stay on the top than to get on to it
In most country's best team wasn't in first division on start (first 2-3 seasons)...
