Yeah you can spend up to 250.. but that's not what is meant I guess... In your team page you can see how good your youth is out of 100 And btw my youth is 41 of 100 and I have 150 units from next week

my youth kind of sucks. i will spend as much as I can, so maybe sometime I will get a good youth player, because until now i only got crap:) another question: What do u think is the best possible training for the players? and why? i still dont really know what to practice.

The game is still in its early phase in order for us to be smart and know what positions should be trained, because the transfer market is not developed yet. I have developed my idea for the training, which should enable me to train 8 players at the same time, but I need a lot of time and money to get into this stage.

and I guess you won´t tell me what to train, or will you? Well, I can analyze for you the upsides and downsides of some training types, but you have to make the decision yourself. So, in terms of number of players you can train, it is best to train wings or backs, since you can train 8 players. Downside is that (after a while) the offer of the wings or backs on the market will be high, so the prices at which you can sell them will not be so good. If you train PM or LP, you can train 4 players at once, but I guess it will mean that the offer on the market will be low, and that they can be sold at very good prices (that is the case right now). If you train GK, you can also train only 4 players at once, and at this moment the offer of young GKs is very good (you can buy 17y, 11/10 guy at 30K €), but I expect that the offer of GKs will gradualy decrease and that the prices will go up. The good side of GK training is that the other players in the team are training 7M, and this is where the greatest shortage currently is - two weeks ago a player with penalty scoring 14 was sold for almost 400K €, and currently there is only one player offered who has penalty scoring skill 11. So, at this moment, good penalty shooters are pure gold. The second important point you have to pay attention to is what secondary positions will be covered by the skills you train. For example, if you choose to train backs (footwork and passing), you will see that these two skills are important also for GKs (footwork) and PM (passing), so these players will improve as well. Or, if you train LP (creativity and without ball), your PM (creativity) and wings (without ball) will also benefit from this training. Same applies if you choose to train any other position. The first thing you should do is to analyze your own team carefuly, see on which position you have the most perspective players (17-18 years with primary skills not lower than 8-9). Second thing is to check your players on other positions that would benefit from certain training type (as explained in the previous paragraph), so that you can make the best use of the training. Then, go through the entire transfer list and check the current offer/demand for the position you want to train. If you see that those players are easily sold, then you have all the pieces of the puzzle sorted out and you can choose your training type. Hope I helped you a little bit to make your decision. Needless to say, after all this typing, I will be very angry if you do not inform us of your decision

I have 250 units in my youth team but the level is only at 45 of 100?! A bit strange maybe or why isn't it at the level of 100 instead?

Ha! of course it's not at 100 yet If you spend 100 millions on a player he won't become the worlds best player instantlly... The level of your youth team will of course be rising slowly... and the more units the faster!

thanx a lot. the first thing i am going to do is to check my team and then I´ll decide what trainig type is the best for my team. Your post is really good. Now I know what to look for. one more question: u said perspective players (17/18 yrs), what is the maximum trainee age? what do u think, or do u know?
