[at] zujo23 one more question: u said perspective players (17/18 yrs), what is the maximum trainee age? what do u think, or do u know? Well, I have a player who is 29 years old, and his skills were improved already twice this season. So, there is no strict line, just the simple rule that the younger players learn much faster than the older ones. If you find player that is 21, and he has primary skills in the area of 13-14, I think he is also worth training. BTW, has anybody seen any player with the age of 19 in the whole game?

I´ve a 17years (of my YS), and he increases his training skills one point per week(he is now 14/12). I only train people of my YS(I think is the best and the cheapest), for the rest of position I buy older than 30

yeah i pulled a better one. a goalie 15-8 but that was the only good player i pulled so far. the other ones all sucked and i pulled about 4 or 5 players until now. my youth is 40/100 right now and its increasing and increasing....
has anybody more than 40? i guess so. then please tell me how much.

I pulled a 17 year old with 9 and 14 in the winger skills and trained him to 10 and 16 and sold him for 4 mil danish kroner(a little over 500.000 euro)

BTW, has anybody seen any player with the age of 19 in the whole game? Go and see my team, HC Zippie and look for Wesley frosch (playerid = 33436) I pulled him last season when he was 18 years old, after one season of training, he's pretty good, and has a very nice future! I pulled a 13-10 back player, a 14-10 GK and some other decent players, so you don't hear me complaining!

well, there's still a lot of luck necessary to pull a good youth player. My best youth player is mark hübscher who is one of my top scorers and rank 20 of the top scorers of my league (which is not really strong....but still good enough for a 19-year old). Let`s be honest, if you would pull young and very good players permanently it would, destroy the game.....i guess.

Yes, but even if you have a fairly weak player can still be trained into a great handballer!
A 17yo back player with 5-5 can be trained to 14-14 after one season, 23-23 after two... (he will pop one a week..)
This offcourse, if he plays all your competition games, 60 minutes long... If he plays a friendly however he will pop once in about 2 weeks! (pretty sad, isn't it?)

i have an 18yr who has about 15-14 and when i pulled him at 17year old he was 10-10 he is my 2nd keeper... that should hopefully give you an idea of an average skill training...

just one question because i'm not sure about this. is it worth to let younger players play and if yes why ? well, the more they play, they get more training, but untill they become good, you could have some result problems
