My personal opinion i that the problem come´s from not having offensive, defensive skills. That´s why game results so strange sometimes.
I think the match importance should work, the tactics that Anders works on should be introduced pretty soon and the defensive skill should be added (it was comented in the suggestion forum).

well i agree that if there is no random tactics would make only difference. Well that is the problem, we have no tactics

Every player should start with 0 defense skill (or have the oportunity to change a skill -that you want in the defensive skill). The problem is that all you do in this game is train the same thing, while with offensive and defensive skills will change things . This is only a suggestion and the implementation of this should take some time.

Maybe, but you also have to think that a player who trains 100% from 17 years will get to the maximum skill (100 or 99) at the age of 27 years (more or less), from 27 years he could train another skill.

Get real if defensive or offensive options would be implemented then i don't see why some reasonable solution ( i can think of 2-3 right no) won't be used. Like: 1. defensive and offensive training could be regulated based on percentage that manager wants. (if he's defensive minded he'll insist and put bigger % on defense). Let's say for example! Now we have 100% training. on that kind of system if percentage is set 60% offense and 40% defense, player would gain skills little bit slower then it is now, but "LITTLE" it won't mean he will need twice to gain 1 point for let's say acceleration, the best way would be if he would gain it from 0.7-0,75 of current although it is set to 60%(that would still allow best youngsters to reach 99 skills). 2. new positions installed - players that play only offensive and defensive like in real handball -possibility: every player or group has his own training system so you can set different training so you can train defenders just for defense and offensive line just for attack -or you can train players that will play both defense and offense (that would be one group) 3. i will figure something out soon as i'm always full of ideas... do dragosv there are solutions but that one that you told doesn't IMO seem good!
