I have an idea why don't you make for each team an youth team with an league where they can play. Then you can let some youngsters form let say 14/15 years till 19 years play in some games against other youth teams. And if an player is 19 you must decide before the start of the nexy season of you want to go with him in the first team or he must leave the club. And if the youth is champion of his league then you receive a smaller price the when you win a first teams league.
Maybe this is very much work for you and if I can help with this then I will be.

No you can bring them into the team the whole season, but not back, but if they are 19 and then you haven't decided if they can play in the 1st team or you want to get him away of the team then the player will be removed. But you can put them in the first team inture season

But you can put them in the first team inture season that also isn't the best solution than you promote every week a good player or you just let them screw arround in the youth team so monday isn't a surprise anymore and they're would be only good youth pulls were's the fun in that??

thats tru, you know what you're getting. But if the youth pulls ended in the youth team instead of in the 1st team. En then you see which one you promote to the first team. Then it will be a surprise if you have pull a good youth player or not.

so that's just the same now. And then you can let the youth player get some experience in games against other youth teams.

That´s not a bad idea. But I agree with JR Galo, the national cup (and international) and the national temas are more important.
