Most people in the game live in different time zones, so there is no real time, only how you have set your preferences (settings)

no, he means a clock... it's very easy to adjust a clock to the settings of a player (timezone I mean by this)
because you computers clock may not run exactly the same like the one of the site... So when a player runs to his deadline u might be mistaken when u are watching your own clock....
that's what he meant...
I find it not really necessary but I do find it handfull.

If somebody makes a bit within the last 2½ minutes then the time will be extented with 2½ from the bit was made.Example: The time is 20.00.00 - sale ends 20.01.00 - somebody makes a bit and the sale time now ends 20.02.30 The time is 19.00.00 - sale ends 19.02.00 - somebody makes a bit and the sale time now ends 19.02.30 If somebody makes a bit within the last 45 minutes then the sale end time will be extented with 32 seconds.Example: The time is 21.00.00 - sale ends 21.40.00 - somebody makes a bit and the sale time now ends 21.40.32 Thus you will only get a problem if your time is 2½ minutes off

I know he meant just a clock, but a countdown timer would be nice too
