First of all you need to have a lot of credits in the phisic department, the young team only affects your young pulls.
then you should choose the position you want to train (better talk with your National Coach and ask him the positions you need to train to cooperate with the National Team) then you put your young players in the the first line-up set, in the position you want to train (e.g. if you want to train Left/Right Backs you put them in those positions, the same way with wings. If you want to train Playmakers, put the best one playing on it's position and the other one in an similar position, like line player. To train Line Players do the reverse, to train Goalkeepers, put the second GoalKeeper on the L/RB slot)
Then go to the training menu, select the positions were you had put your youngers and choose the principal skills to train: GK: goalkeeping and Foot Work L/RW: Accelaration and Without Ball L/RB: Footwork and Passing LP: Creativity and Without Ball PM: Passing and Creativity
**Note: Certify yourself that your youngers play at least 40 min in the LEAGUE Game, do not put them in the friendly games, so that they will not train well in the Friday Weekly train. to do that only use substitutes on those positions for about 30 % of the game**
I hope I had help you!! ^^ (Sorry for any mistake I made)

What do you mean with ''do not put them in the friendly games''?
What should I do if I have a league match on Wednesday, a friendly match on Thursday and trening on Frieday?

He wants to say that if he play wednesday, there is no need to play thursday as well, use that spot for another players.
It means that if a player plays 100% of the time on wednesday and plays 25% on thursday, he will recieve training only for the last game played (thursday), so he will recieve the training corresponding to 25% of the game played. Be carefull with that.

That means that players received training for the last game played. The players who have played on wednesday and have not played on thursday received traing for wednesday. Am I correct?

Yes you're right;)
But I'm not sure if players that play the friendly games, don't train the same thing then the players, that player the league match!
Even in the rules you can read:
"Player learn more in a league match then a friendly match"
But you can also read:
" * Friendly matches are played once a week and players learn the same as in a league match."
And I record all the progress that my player get,in specifics and in TSI,and it's the same in a friendly match than in a league match

"Player learn more in a league match then a friendly match"
That was when there was the boot friendlies, the normals ones wheren´t available.
Now with the normal friendlies, it´s the same amount of training.
