For self-vote: - It's more democratic, you may vote for yourself in any democratic vote.
Against self-vote: - You will avoid a lot of users not thinking about how will do the best job by just voting for them self.

I think that it is damocratic, but we can here a difficult situation, when all managers vote fof themselves. Who be NC?
I think that sef-vote may not be allowed

Even in real life, it´s democratic to vote for yourself (for example the politicians).

maybe democratic, but not useful, we had lots of users with only one vote. I am against self-voting

Even in real life, it´s democratic to vote for yourself (for example the politicians). Maybe so, but we dont have millions of people voting so that they can become prime minister/president!!!!! Handball is of a much smaller scale, and i feel that to stop the hundreds of people through the elections only having one vote, that voting for yourself should not be allowed ;D
