I have a question i like to ask you so please vote.
My concern is that it will be too much work for one guy to be both Game-Master (GM) and National Coach (NC) and that the guy will misuse the GM status.
What do you think or should be taken into account from GM to GM

I think the GM should decide if the want to leave for a time the GM status. In my case, I might win the NC elections, I can do. I control all the spanish cracks since last year. And I also will have a staff that will help me with the players. I think the NC won´t take me much more time than now.

I think that a GM could do both things. If he has time to do the GM work, I think he could also have time to do the NT work.

But I think we can do both works. The NC don´t take so much time, because most of player have been reported at the national forums. And with a staff of 4 guys, they can look for all the leagues in short period of time. I think if a GM wants, he should continue. They are very useful for beginners, and we have experience for asking questions and looking cheaters. I think if they leave the status, HaMa comunity will lost much

some GM may be able to handle all that work, but some will probably also have a lot of other work to do, i suggest you that they can not be NC, there are lots of other people who wants it, and are able to do it.

I think GM shouldn't be abel to take part in te elections, beacause GM has lot to do with his/her GM status. No offence but my oppinion is no.

In my opinion this question should be answer by GM, because we only know how much work does it take us. Also, in case of spain, if it lost his GM, there won´t be anyone to answer the spanish´s questions for the time NC takes.
[at]kiisk: I think that this the same case as 1st league champions, they take a lot of votes because they win last seasons. So, in your opinion, they shouldn´t be NC too. However I think these votes are no significant, if you make a lot of work(search in every country), you talk with manager to train players, you have a good staff.... your comunity will vote you.

I don´t think the people vote a GM for NT coach because of his GM status. I think people vote persons that have worked a lot to make their national team before, by what they have read in the forums and by the quality of a manager in his league. In my case, I voted someone that worked a lot to make the national team, and knows everything that is known about the game. I don´t know others, but I still don´t think that someone votes a GM, jus because it´s a GM. Usually GM know a lot about the game, and are one of the people who best fitt as NT coach, but not because they have GM in front of their nicks.

What does a GM do so that it takes so much work?

How does a person can become a GM and what does a GM do?

How does a person can become a GM and what does a GM do? A Gm answers questions from users and observes suspicious transfers. I became a Gm by asking Anders. But there is one requirement. You have to play this game for at least 125 days.

I think a GM can very well be an NC too.
Those jobs are not that time-consuming, at least I have time for both jobs, even though I'm a translator and a U21 NT manager in an another game and IRL I have a full time job, a kid and a pregnant wife.
Of course, if GM is caught misusing his status in any way, he should be banned for good of any administrative positions in this game, maybe even the game itself.
If any GM feels he has no time, he can simply select not wanting to be an NC.

I think that GM can be both NC and GM. I have no problem with it.
