Hy I have a problem .At training it say like this : "Error:Same skill or Position". On training I had (Passing & Creativity) at Train extra(Left wing & Playmaker) what is wrong? ? i tried diferent combinations and it say the same

Can any body else? You should only get the message "Error:Same skill or Position" if you select Passing & Passing or Playmaker & playmaker. Sure you didn't do that?

I resolved the problem.The problem was with Opera.On Internet Explorer there is no problem.Can be posible that a player increase at stamina or on other field in other days than the Training days(Friday & Monday)? because a friend said that it incresed some fields & stamina tuesday or thursday

Hi! I've got a weird problem. Two of my trainees (18-year-old wingers) play 30% of each league games which means 17-18 minutes per match. According to Anders this way they gain around 55% training twice a week. How is it possible that they've been trained 14-17 times since their last skill increas and their skills just don't pop?

because they drink to much beer... nono, I'm curious to. I have the same effect on my youth players that play for 25% of the match.

whell the answer is simple: - 250 at "help trainer" means that they are training 100% [if a player plays at least 40 minutes he gaines 100% training] Now calculate {how many "help trainer" you have(in %) } * { how many minutes they play(%) } ... and you will see how much the players are training
I hope I'm right.If not I hope Anders gives us the answer

I think that :
if you got 0 help trainer your players will receive 100% of training. if you've got 250 help trainer you'll receive 200%

Hi. What should be the minimun level of a 17 yo players at the most important caracteristic for it´s position to make him good for training?

I think that an 7-8 skill on both most important skills for the position of the player will turn the youngster into a future good player .

What is best to train now when they are now matches?? What trainig get player when he don´t play??

It doesn't really matter. If you aks me it's not worth to train stamina or penalty scoring. It depends on what you need........

yes I know that. But If I dont play games between the season I can get any training? What typ of treining are geting players If they dont play games?

strange thing happend in training this morning ... altough most players skills went up (which is great off course ) , the TSI of my YOUNG players went DOWN !!!! how is this possible ?? they all played in de friendly game yesterdag ...
