the more injuries he should get and the more time it should take to heal them.......
i know that a lot of users will be against this suggestion but in fact, that's the way it is in real life. A lot of users use just old players (32+) because they don't have many disdavantages. They still learn (not as fast as the young players but still fast enough)and the time of injuries are as long as the injuries of the young players......
What do you think about it ?
Please speak reasonably and don't reject it instantly because you have a few old players in your team.......

I agree. It will make managers to train youngs more and constantly change players, not play with one line-up for 15 seasons.

I think it should be "the younger, the shorter"

mm, i really hope that i can play handball myself without big injuries till i'm 33-34 ... So i don't really see why older players should get more and longer injuries !

I hope so too but in fact older players have more injuries because their joints, muscles or whatever have been stressed for a avery long time.

more and longer injuries? I thinks it's too radical. In my opinion, it would be better, they have more injuries but no longer recovery time as young players, or the other way round, the same probability to be injured as the young players, but once injured, they should have a longer time to recover. Both combined, it's to drastic.
Or another suggestion: Increase the number of skill-downs the older a player gets. So the older players get also worthless after a certain age

So the older players get also worthless after a certain age At 35 years the skills go down in a fast way. In real handball players retire between 35 and 40 years, so I think it´s good this way. A player with 40 years, his skills will go low in a drastic way.

You're right, and even more you don't get much money selling such an old player. So I don't see any reason to have too much old players in the team. If there should be changed anything, I totally agree with you: "The younger the faster" as injury periods are already long enough at this time

i think your right.. but i also think that a younger player can also have some long injuries because it happens to everybody ..! The younger teams should be rewarded in some way and what you sad is a good sugestion.
