Any of the other USA managers ever check the boards. I'd like to start a dialog.
Also, when does national team manager voting happen. I am interested deeply in running USA and hopefully pulling them up from the bottom 3 in the world.

WOW!!! An actual American thread. Here I thought I was the only one playing. Welcome guys! Looking forward to the competition, not that my team is any good. Now that I know we have some dialog, I will be here more often.

Good to see you guys here. Boy have I ben lucky to keep my team with the record I have. I really am running the finances to the ground and the players I have are below average, to say the least. But, they are playing well enough to keep us in the top half of the standings, so it's good for now. Dreading the HC HiPk game, however. that'll be a spanking.

Thank you to those that voted for me as NT manager. If any of you have friends that like to play SMG's, please let them know about HM and have them sign up. We need a bigger player pool to have a chance at better players for the NT.

Report on the National team:
First off I would like to let you know that I was disappointed in our campaign this WC. I thought we had our first upset against Africa, but we couldn't put a ball in the goal for the last 11:22. The loss to Canada was harder to take. I saw that as our first WC win, but kudos to Growth27 for their victory.
State of the NC team:
In my opinion we have a old team that is losing skill weekly. Four of our starting seven are over 30, along with three of our backups. The NT is set with Backs and we have up and coming stars in goal. Our real needs are Wings, Playmakers, and Line Players. Of our starters and reserves from these positions only our backup Playmaker is under 30. In order to try and help gain training for our young players, I am only going to play players under 28 for the rest of our friendlies. The team also needs help from any owner that cares to help. We need W, PM, and LP training.

Hey coaches,
Reading this topic and seeing the stats of the world-championship, my conclusion is that the national team of USA might use a good wingplayer!!! I'm a Dutch coach, since i play this game i've got an American wing in my selection. He is 26 years old, also at this moment one of the most scorers in my competition.
When I look at the competition of USA, i see only 9 teams are active. Each team doesn't have a lot players from own land. There are no youth-pulls which leads to ageing of the NT. Isn't it better to improve your youth-level and train your young homelanders??? It might be very good for the improvement of the NT and the competition in the world-championship!!! Because there is no 2nd division, there aren't risks yet for degradation.
Good luck, I hope you'll understand what i'm trying to say. Think about it, this is just a fresh look from a foreign country =P
Greetings, Defrost Coach H.V.C.T. Competition #2A
