One thing that really disturbs me is that at least in my league there are teams without any domestic players in their lineup. I think there should be a rule which fixes a number of domestic players who have to be in the lineup, what does everyone else think about this?

I think that the managers self have the choose of the will play with one of more players from his own country (the country where the manager is from)

With that logic it will be more difficult for teams from small leagues to have good grades because there won't be a lot of good domestic players on sale.
And, for me, this rule will ruin the fun of transfers in HaMa...

That would be unfair in the common sense and logic of the game. As the member "yofdm" explained, it would be a disadvantage towards the managers of the smaller leagues. Alas, it'll not be implemented in-game or in any near future.
