Now, when you buy a player he has his salary revised. He is paid a % of the transfer:
TSI: 12 655 Salario por semana: € 23 155 ----Transfered for: 5 582 400
TSI: 7 315 Salario por semana: € 5 510 ---- Transfered for: 1 170 000
TSI: 12 895 Salario por semana: € 19 991 ---- Transfered for: 4 728 000
This will make us paying 5 times more for salaries.

ok, will try.
Now the wage is recalculated after a transfer. The wage will be "About 1/256th of the transfer sum + 1/2 of the current wage". The wage is only changed it the now wage is higher than the current.
The new wage is shown in bottom of the player page when a player is on sale.

Sorry but I dont understand why the salary recalculation affects only players on sale...... If I buy a player now I can pay ten times more the players bought last week!!!
I don't understand the meaning of this change.
Thanks for your efforts.

This tries to make people(specially first division), who buy for expensive prices, don´t earn so much money. So of they earn less money, the prices will(teorically) decrease. This change would not affect when your youth players are good enough to earn 30k/week. f.e: Salary:30000€ Transfer: 3M € Teoric salary: 26.719 € (<30k) ---> 30k (the salary he has) P.D: Sorry for my english

yes, but what about the clubs in lower divisions who earn less money?! what about all those who cant get so much people on the stadiums to cover all the expensis?! how to get money for the transfers! how to pay the salaries! how to pay for the economy units! how to pay for the stadium repairs! because of that all the clubs/players that started the game earlier will always have the advantage ( because they are in higher leagues / they have more money / better players / bigger stadiums ) then the "smaller" clubs and will be able to buy better players and still be rich! Big clubs wont have any problems with this( they'll still be rich ) but it will be very hard for the clubs that just started to play this game! i hope you understand what i mean

But lower divisions don´t need very good player, so they will buy cheaper. they don´t also need so big stadiums(less money to pay)......

well then how will they get to the higher leagues??? tell me that? if they play with bad players then they dont stand a chance to get to te second or first league!!! or even if they get there they will have 18 loses and go back to the lower leagues because all the other teams have better players! i just dont think its the same for the clubs in the first or the second league as it is for the clubs in the third and the fourth league or even lower.

It´s the same as Hattrick, and in real life. It´s difficult you see a 3rd division football team arrive to 1st in 3 seasons, he maybe need 10 or less, but to do that he would need to invest his money better than others. If you are a normal manager you´ll reach 3rd easily, and 2nd is for advances.
an advise for guideon: if you want to have really good player and earn money, start training two 17 years old 9/9 (wing or back), and in 2season they´ll get 19 at matches with only 19 years old, and their market price will be over 3M). And on friendlies put 7+7 wings or back(under 18), don´t mind loosing matches. For the rest positions is better having over 30 with high experience.

its better to buy players with 9/9 18 or 19 years on the positions you don't train, for your friendly match.when they have 10/10 you earn money with them. 17 years is to expensive, you have to hope to get a good pull.
