If I understand right, goalkeepers most important skill is goalkeeping and the next important is footwork? Sry poor English?

i still don't understand that help table. what does "Position Points per skill" mean? what are those points and what are they used for?

the points just mean:
The skill that has the most points in that table are the most important for the position for example
Goalkeeper - GK Goalkeeping is 4 points, which means it is the most important skill for a Goalkeeper
Foot work is 3 points, which means it is the second most important skill for a Goalkeeper
Passing, Creativity, Acceleration, Without Ball are all 1 points, which mean that they are third in importance
So the points are just like a ranking system for each skill in each position, hope that helps

i think routine is like experience, it gets higher as you play more matches
