changes are mor for your training I would say.
If you have for example two 18 year old backs, then you can let them play 30% of the game, and besides the competition 100% of the friendly. That way they'll train faster.
I you mean that it would be better for your stats, and for winning... NO I always let my best players play the hole game. You can see some teams loose there game in the last 15 minutes, that's mostly because they put some 2nd ranked players on the field, with 12-point-ratings...

I use all my players, including the subs. I use some of the subs more than others, but I train'em all Doesn't matter if you lose one season if you win the next one, and next one, and the next one... If you get a good team with many young players, you'll get far in this game

I think it's important to play now and win now! If you win now, you will get more money, fans, spectators and all this will make your club bigger.. That's why I think it's stupid to play with to many young people, just so they can get better stats, maybe you will go a league down then.. Play with your best, and your young people in the Cup/friendly/training matches!!

Are u sure that subs players join the match in the last minutes? Often I see goals scored by subs players in the first part of the match... so i think that substitutions are random during the game..

Hi Anders. I have another question for you. Does the home team have an advantage over the away team in a match? I mean do the players play better home than away? - considering the same match importance. If yes, is this advantage lost in a derby match(a match between teams from the same region)? Thanks You have a small home advantage. The home advantage is not lost at local derby matches.

Look at my match:
"The players from beti-hori looked very tired but the coach did not want to give anybody a break"

Match engine change: If you don't use your substitues that much in a game then the players will get tired and play weaker at the end of the match. If this happens then it will be written in the match actions that the players gets tired. If you substitutes together plays for more than 13 minutes you will not get into this problem.
Example 1: Your left and right wing subs. play 7 minutes each and all the other substitutes are not used then your team will not play weak in the end of the game.
Example 2: You don't you substitutes - your team will player weaker at the end of the game.
(and the subs have always been put in randomly)

Good idea, makes it more realistic!!! but Anders have u also recently changed something to the home advantage?? Because I think it's a little to big now. It's almost impossible to win away against another good team

Now that the friendlies are "real" does this mean also that the players get 100% of training during 40 minutes and any additional time on the court does not give them any more training?
