I'm a bit confused concerning the training on Fridays, i.e. what would be best way to make use of Friendly games. Maybe somebody can help... I red somewhere that for training it doesnt much matter whether player plays 40 or 60 minutes. I think that Anders himself stated somewhere that when player plays 40 minutes he will get maximum training and additional minutes do not add anything for training purposes. So, if I play main squad in league for 40 minutes and give the bench players 20 minutes or 30% of time, they would get something around 50% of maximum training. Which would be about the same as the main squad in the Friendly game? Am I right or have I missed something? Any help would be appreciated as I'm really mixed about how I should plan training my young players?
Edit: Forgot to add that all of the above concerns only those players who play on positions with "extra training". One interesting question would be how much less training do those players get who do play in "usual positions" of the main lineup for the league game in comparison with those players who get this extra training for the league game. For example: does the player who as a substitute plays 20 minutes on position with extra training get more or does he get less training than those players who play 40 minutes on other positions?

This is from the first topic of the forum: FAQ « Thread Started on Jun 10, 2006, 10:25 » -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Jun 5, 2006, 19:31, powerget23 wrote: 1. What is the amount of training received by a player who doesn't play? ... also the same for one who plays. /---/ 1. Hard to say it also depends on his age but it's currently less than 60% of what a player the plays more than 25 minutes.

Could be valid this evaluation of training?
Type of training
1,00 pts -:- Class A - extra position and titular player 0,75 pts -:- Class B - extra position and suplent player 0,50 pts -:- Class C - titular player 0,25 pts -:- Class D - suplent player
titular player plays 50% or more of the game suplent player plays 25% or less of the game
I am proving with these parameters, but I would like to know that they seem to you.

I have a question: If a player plays only 30% of the time (20 minutes), he gets half of the maximum training? I read that a player receives the same amount of training whether he plays 40 or 60 minutes, so if this was a matter of logic, a player that is used only during 20 minutes would receive half the training :-P
