Q: Where/How can I ceate a friendly match?
A: You cannot. Friendly matches is not in this version of the game.
Worst case: it will not be in this season.

Please note you can NOT arrange friendlies yet! - Dummy Friendly is now available! This mean that when the friendly match should be played the players that are in the "line-up" for the "friendly" games will be marked like they played a friendly. This means they will get trained more at the next the Friday-training. Players only get training from the last match so if a player plays monday or tuesdag and again at the Thursday friendly then he will only get training from the Friendly - thus less training. In other words it's not a good idea to use players that played monday or tuesdag again at the Thursday friendly. All in all the team will gain more skill if the players playing the "dummy" friendly is not the same players that played the monday/tuesday match. Except if they just sat on the bench. A player learn a little bit more than half of what he would do in a League match. That is if he playes the same number of minutes.

The players gain the same in a "real" friendly as in a league match. The reason for that is that friendlies are only 1 time per week.
The income is shared but the home team gets a little bit more. Most spectators will come if the two teams comes from to different countries AND leagues.
