changes are mor for your training I would say.
If you have for example two 18 year old backs, then you can let them play 30% of the game, and besides the competition 100% of the friendly. That way they'll train faster.
I you mean that it would be better for your stats, and for winning... NO I always let my best players play the hole game. You can see some teams loose there game in the last 15 minutes, that's mostly because they put some 2nd ranked players on the field, with 12-point-ratings...

Two questions to ask about it: - How much effect in the the match itself - Does it has an effect for the next game (like when u take it easy you play better next game, or when u play it 'Important game' you play less good the next match) YEAP , these are the questions So? I'm just making the question more structured, so other people would understand the duality of the quiestion. alright?

it's normal that
take it easy you play less, normal you play normal and Important plays better... Further it will be up to Anders to answer this question I think.

When u once set your positions in de line-up for a day, like for monday, it will always stand like that (if u mean the positions)
But it won't be like that for the other match-days yet, so u'll have to set it also for thursdays and sundays... then u will always have the same line-ups like u set them for those days...

because they drink to much beer... nono, I'm curious to. I have the same effect on my youth players that play for 25% of the match.

yep, that's right...
if he just makes the experience factor more important, and let them rise not that fast.... such thing wouldn't happen but it would still be the same

ok; maby it isn't rising fast, maby it is. it depends wether the calculation of experience in the matchengine is big or not...
but, why let experience get so high? later, all stats will be like "this high" and then suddenly experiencestat will be like 10 times as big. Why not even it up and set the calculationrate of experience higher? it will be the same for the matchengine, but more cleare for the users...
do you understand my point?

One thin I would like to say:
I think that 'experience' rises pretty fast... a bit to fast. After almost rises everytime after 2 matches / player. isn't that a bit fast? a bit unrealistic?

--> this question is already answered two posts up...
--> No you can't...
what he means is that you train GK like you've chosen in your training. Besides that ALL the other players train a little bit to, but what they train is random chosen...

[at]Anders same here. i train Goalkeeping and my too keepers (both with 17 years) haven't popped yet while another players with +30 years popped in "feet game" (my second training option). how can you explain this? FOR EXAMPLE: u have a 17y with 15(low) keeping... and a30y with 20(high) keeping... So there is a invisible subranking in stats... lik low-middle-high if the 17y old trains, he goes faster, so he goes from 15-low to 15-high (+ 2 sublevels) if the 30y old trains, he goes slower, so he goes from 20-high to 21-low (+1 sublevel) understand?
