Just like hattrick, it can be a good idea, so if you see an intresting player on the market, you don´t have to wait to sell you´re player to get that money. I agree with that idea

Maybe it would be interesting to have a "2nd team" competition like in real handbal. Like this young players can gradually be trained. Now in most teams there is a big difference between de 7 best players and the rest. As rule it could be stated that 5 players can play in both teams, but if they play in 2nd team, they only can play 33% at most in the first team. Like this more players can be trained and the HM comes closer to real world Handbal.

It´s a good idea, but you can do that in friendly matches, and if you want, you can participate in an unoffical cup, so you will be playing in a competition and in the same time you will be trainin you´re players.

I know it is possible in the friendly matches or so called cup matches, but what if the cup matches are integrated in the game? Nowadays the unofficial cup matches are the same as the friendly games (they are played instead of real friendlies) Then it will be very difficult to train youngsters.

Why it´s difficult to train youngsters ¿?, the players recieve training if they play friendlies.

another idea maybe it is already known but here it is:
Maybe you can bid for a player in a team and somebody can bid on your player.
Anyone agrees this is an good idea?

And if you bid for a player that is not on the transfer list, what should happen?

well the manager of the team where that player plays can accept it or reject it.
Because sometimes you search for a player but you have to wait until somebody puts that kind of player on the TL

yeah but then other managers can bit on this player. And then you maybe still not have this player.

If the others managers can´t bid for a player a I can help a friend giving him good players for no money. I don´t like nothing your idea.

yeah i see that problem now, maybe a minimum or something...
Second Idea: If the cups are introduced to the game also make room to arrange friendlys before the season starts, and of course when you are out of the cup.
