If you play 7 goalkepers in every match, you can train 7. We say ussually 2 beacuse 1 in official match and other in friendlies.

Not 21.
Per weak, there are 2 trainings. All players that play more than 67% of a match, recieve 100% training (doesn´t mather the position they play).
What I mean is that all 7 players in a line-up that play most of the match, recieve 100% training. (but in the GK case, they must have the "GK" sign to be able to train)
There is also a problme, for the monday morning training there is only one match that counts (the one sunday). So maximum for the monday training will be 7.
For the friday training, the 7 players that played wednesday and the ones that play on the friendly. The others will recieve training corresponding their percentage per match played.

The main indicator of the load is the pulse. The body will begin to burn fats only at a heart rate of 65-75% of the maximum value. The average occupation time is about an hour, because during such trainings it takes from 18-20 to 40 minutes to start the mechanism of fat burning. Another principle is used in interval training. In this case, the heart rate should reach 95% of the maximum value. Then the body will burn 90% carbohydrates, 1% protein and 10% fat.
