The age is not significant at training(when they are younger than 30 more or less)

you all times change training too other skills and switch that positions what need extra training? and what mean extra training? it is for players who didnt play last game or who play only a couple minutes?

you all times change training too other skills and switch that positions what need extra training? and what mean extra training? it is for players who didnt play last game or who play only a couple minutes? the best thing is to train always the same, so you cand sell good young players on a determinated position. The extra training is for 10% of more training for players who played on the chosen position. Example: If a player plays 67% of the match he gets 100%, but if he play on the extra training position, he gets 110%.

Did anyone else notice that todays training didn't give any raise in skill? I did get raises in for example creativity but they overlaped last mondays rise.

Galo, Carl Pastor gets 1000 tsi per training, random Romanian player gets 500+ tsi per training, other nationality players get much few tsi than Romania or Spain players. Has anyone noticed that?

The thing is that great players get more TSI per training, the higher the skills, the higher the TSI that they get every training. It has nothing to do with nationality.

My friend has Romanian player, i have Baltic, both were 17 years old, one trained over 500 tsi per training(romanian), one ~300(baltic). Both had same units on coach. Why romanian trains better, only Anders knows.

NO PLAYER(with same age) trains faster than other.
